<p>Dr. Greenleaf found that 50% of American women experienced pelvic health problems during their life, but few really understand or take these problems seriously. In addition to common factors such as childbirth and muscle tension, Dr. Greenleaf also explained how stress levels, menopause and estrogen changes, and diabetes also affect pelvic health.</p>
<p>Besides medication, Dr. Greenleaf also suggests lifestyle changes to improve pelvic health naturally. Muscle exercise and fermented food, like yogurt, are recommended to reduce stress levels, and to keep a healthy endocrine system. Proper body cleansing with mild cleaning products is also crucial.</p>
